All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. 2.1.5. Delivery of goods and potential limitations

Products and services are delivered as follows:

Birth, marriage and death certificates, as well as other documents that need to be delivered physically in writing, are delivered by regular mail or DHL. In addition, upon request and as needed, scanned copies of the originals are sent to e-mail.

Certificates are always sent to clients’ postal addresses within three days following the receipt of the letter from the office.

The family tree research service is delivered exclusively via e-mail in a file with the data collected during the research. This file is supplied in a computer format that can be loaded into a family tree program such as PAF or similar. Another file with a graphic representation of the genealogical tree by generations, created in PDF format, is delivered. In addition, a written research report is delivered in Word doc or PDF format. All these documents are sent exclusively by electronic mail.

Genealogy research service to prove one’s inheritance is delivered in the form of a written research report in Word doc or PDF format, together with related documents that prove the connection related to the inheritance. All documents are sent by electronic mail or by regular mail in paper form.
